Meet Robert Browning (7 May 1812 – 12 December 1889)
I stumbled upon Robert Browning in an undergraduate class exclusively devoted to this profound poet. All the other Literature courses were full, so I added my name to the class based solely on the professor teaching it. Little did I know that I would later write my Masters Thesis based on one of his poems, and one of my novels would include parallels drawn between my characters and his true-life love story.
